Setting wallpaper during unattended install.

Use a regtweak:

"OriginalWallpaper"=""
"WheelScrollLines"="3"
"Pattern Upgrade"="TRUE"
"PrevWallpaper"=""
"PrevTileWallpaper"="0"

Remove whatever you don't need. You'll find it here. Set original wallpaper as the same as wallpaper!
