merging hotfixes

hi i am new to the forum and just decided to have a go at XPCREATE but im having problems with it i started it at 10.15 this morning and it is now 13.05 gmt

it has been merging the hotfixes since 11.53 and it has not gone any further could anyone tell me how long it takes normaly i have also inc software in the FILESCD folder to be installed at the same time as xp every thing is going smoothly apart from this merging hotfixes plz help

well made a disc with everything i want on it and it worked as a upgrade to my o.s

but will not boot it says cannot boot from cd error code 5

Firstly, it should not hang on the file downloading. Could be a firewall or proxy issue.

I had that problem untill I figured it out look at your logfile....it is waiting for conformation to overwrite a file......just make the window active (blue bar) and hit "y" on the keyboard I would be willing to bet it takes off

True, that is probably the answer. Not sure why I was thinking "download hang" ... That is correct in the next release ...
