Another signature Q

Featured Replies

I do know it's againt the forum rules to post spam and such threads to help one self gain $$, however, are we overlooking signatures or something?

While I don't mind personal website links, stats, uptimes or things like that, I'm starting to get pretty fed up with the "sign up for crap so I get a free iPod" signatures not that anybody forces us to click, but same applies to spam... :realmad:

xper to the rescue!

Most of the time xper and the other admins are so busy trying to keep things running they don't have time to look at the sigs that we every day members have to tolerate. Bring it to their attention and BAM magic happens! :D

True....

There are more things that they need to take care of, so signatures might _sometimes_ get past. But then, there is an option in UserCP to turn off having to view sigs. And its sometimes better - coz the sigs are only adding to the size of the page, and in most cases (no, don't flame me... there are exceptions) aren't "helpful" to the purpose of why you are browsing the forum. LOL, XPerties don't tell me you have sig viewing enabled (nor do I, for that matter :P - I enable it once a week to check on sigs though).

So yeah crahak, bring sigs that annoy you to the attention of staff, and then it will be taken care of.

Yes of course I have sigs viewable. I have to make sure no one else is trying to steal my advertisement
