I am trying to find a way, something to give me some simple options when the cd loads:

1. Unattended Setup + Apps

2. Unattended Setup

3. Manual Setup + Unattended Apps

4. Manual Setup

I am sure there is a way, can someone point it out for me ?

What you are looking for, is called a multi-boot CD.

I am working on a DVD with more than one OS and different setups as well. I am in the middle of experimenting with a front end loader for BartPE that allows you to pick from a multitude of options. Check out this front-end loader.
