So you should directly merge SP2 (called slip-stream) into your existing XP CD. The guide to do so is at this link - http://www.winsupersite.com/showcase/windo..._slipstream.asp.Then, once you have an XP+SP2 slip-streamed CD by following the guide linked above, see the second guide here - http://unattended.msfn.org.That's all - the process is easy as thousands of people have found out.
