The link being posted is to a licensed player installer, and anyone who uses this installer without first agreeing to the licensed terms is violating the player End-User License Agreement. I suggest that you remove the links, as MSFN is allowing its users to unknowingly violate the End-User License agreement for the Macromedia Shockwave Player and Flash Player.
