Adding Promise FastTrak100 Lite Controller

Hi I am wanting to slipstream the WinXP Promise FastTrak100 Lite Controller Drivers and was trying to follow the instructions in the guide on this link: http://greenmachine.msfnhosting.com/READING/addraid.htm

It seems very confusing as to what exactly I have to copy and were and what info that suits my drivers.

One main issue is that most of the parts that I can see have multiple values being a driver to suit XP, 2000 and 98.

Question is as follows, What do I copy and from were? And do I need to copy all info and values over or only those that are for the XP setup?
