Is this possible, as i want to remove this from the C: local disk and place it on a different partition!

You can use TweakUI to do so.

Use the "change path of special folders" (or named something similar to that) feature in tweakui and re-boot. Also, you'd need to copy the contents of your existing "Documents and Settings" folder to the new location that you set.
