Windows redirect folder

hi! cOOL day!... to all specially to the administrator...

i'm was wondering if avtive dir can reidrect folder not just my documents, application data, cookies, but can all folder such as desktop settings

so when a user login in a different workstation the settings they made are still the settings.. is this possible where do i go from the active dir or the group policy... really need to know.. ;( thnx in advance god bless to all....
