Can I delete the inst.exe?

The picture is from my computer... and it is Traditional Chinese Version..

Can I delete the inst.exe and install.exe? I am so afraid that I delete these two files, which will influence the installation of .NetFramework.

If I can, then I am wrong.

install.exe can be deleted - just use the MSI to install the .NET 1.1, and the langpack.

I don't know about "inst.exe". I'm sure both these being deleted will still not help by much - only 100 KB off. So if its not a desperate need to save every KB you can, it'd be best to keep those files.
