system freezen in nLite

after installation of system,i installed intel chipest driver and iaa then reboot

then on the next logon system still freezed just like pre-versions,when i call out taskmgr,i find rundll32 & regsvr32 at process,if i end them,logon process goes on otherwise i had to waiting for a long time

why?and how can i fix it?

If you want to only integrate SP2, use this command from Start --> Run or a batch file:

I:\XPsp2.exe /integrate:C:\XPCD
