Hi!

I made my unattanded win 2k CD and it works, but it has some flaws.

It does wait for reboot and during the installation i have to click yes at one time to accpet that it installs some sound stuff.

the winnt.sif looks like this.

;SetupMgrTag

[Data]

AutoPartition=0

MsDosInitiated="0"

UnattendedInstall="Yes"

[unattended]

UnattendMode=FullUnattended

OemSkipEula=Yes

OemPreinstall=No

TargetPath=winnt

Repartition=No

UnattendedSwitch="Yes"

WaitForReboot="No"

Is it anything wrong here or do i just have some stupid computers?

its your computers :P lol , no jus kiddin :)

sound stuff? do u mean it says something like "this driver is not digitally signed.. continue" ? u need 2 set driver signing policy 2 ignore

& the other , waitforreboot.. r u sure its correct (for win2k) ?

regards

note: im not familiar with 2k's winnt.sif file.. im just giving the obvious of what i think is wrong :)

yes it says something like "this driver is not digitally signed.. continue".

Don't really know if the syntax is correct, followed some tutorial that was both for 2k and XP.

in the [unattended] section add the line DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore

it will then bypass that screen.

Think that is correct spelling etc, but if wrong someone will shout
