Ntbackup not seeing media

here is the situation. WIndows 2003 server

the problem I had tested out arcserv and and uninstalled it. now my nt backup will not recoginize the media. get the following message "Cannot locate the specified media or backup device. This backup operation will terminate."

any help would be appreciated.

During uninstall you've probably delete some win files that were used during NT backup
