i wonder :

if you're using a french copy, the name of Administrator is Administrateur.

so try "renuser.exe administrateur testrename"

if it's not a french version, i don't know what's happen, sorry.

reshack syssetup.dll

string table -> 1 -> 1033 -> 12 (should be labeled as Administrator or whatever that translates into in another language...1033 is also the default for english, so you may have something other than 1033)
