Audioutl.exe in RunOnceEx

Hi all!

Well, maybe I'm dumb :blushing: but, following the guide on Bâshrat the Sneaky site on nForce audio utility installation, I can't understand something in step 1 of Method n°2:

METHOD 2 (RunOnceEx)

1. Create in X:\UXPCD\$OEM$\$1\ a batch file DrvUtls.cmd with this content:

cmdow @ /HID

if exist %SYSTEMDRIVE%\DrvTEMP\AudioUtl.exe START /wait "%SYSTEMDRIVE%\DrvTEMP\AudioUtl.exe"

EXIT

Note: you CAN change the folder where the batch file is saved and you CAN change the name of the batch file but it has to be the same everywhere!

Now, about DrvTEMP directory... Shall I create that directory in my $OEM$ folders and extract the contents of AudioUtl folder in it or not?

Can I change the path to AudioUtl.exe? I read, in method n°1 (GUIRunOnce) that it can't be changed...

Any help?

Thanks,

Andrea :hello:

Can you wait one day? I'll post the how-to tomorrow, I know it's not perfect... (and not clear at all... :blushing: )

Sure I can wait Bâshrat! No problem at all! :D You're yet doing a great work for us...

I couldn't find any references about that directory so I found myself a bit lost...

Your "how-to" will be a great help for everyone...

Thanks and bye,

Andrea :hello:
