Terminal Server Login Window

This is something that's been bugging me for awhile now. when users log into the terminal server they are abviously greeted with the 2003 server Std edition login window - as you would get when you login locally. Is it possible to customise that login window so that it doesn't display that ??

Possibly something relating to the location from where the login is being started ? Also including a company logo

This would be awsome if someone could help with this
