Fatal Error in XPCREATION

The XP install gives me a Fatal Error right when the GUI install part starts after the reboot of the file copying completling, The Fatal Error says something about corruption and it must exit blah blah. No clue. I've tried recoping source, tried different CD. dunno.

First, make a "FailSafe" CD using only files listed under Current Hotfixes from the Web Site (DO NOT include the drivers: use the F6 method). Once that works, include the SATA/RAID drivers ONLY. If that works, add the rest of you files until you find the one that causes the error. If you already have the error at that point, post the LOGFILES.CAB file from the NEWFILES directory.
