markjones63 Posted September 6, 2004 Posted September 6, 2004 I have recently aquired my old companies laptop, however when I logon to WINXP it requires a DOMAIN name as well as user and password. Now that I no longer use the laptop to logon to the companies domain, I would just like to remove the domain 'stuff' from the user.Is this at all possible.Thanks in advanceMJ
N1K Posted September 6, 2004 Posted September 6, 2004 If I understood you correctly you should logon with local administrator account or account with administrator privilegies and remove it from domain...Then you can delete the profiles you don't need from C:\documents and settings\
