RunOnceEX with old windows theme

hi.. why my RunOnceEx apears with the old windows theme instead like this one

Don't worry. The picture could have been taken at anytime, not just after install. You can always change your theme in winnt.sif (use a search), or you can load into windows, change the theme, then add your runonceex keys. Next log in should have the changed theme.
