Is there a way to silently install IconPackager and Apply a custom icon/cursor theme?

silently installation can be done with an auto-it script (it's the only way i know to enter the serial), but apply a custom theme...

well for the icons I'm planning on making a custom shell32.dll (mayve a whole shell pack too)

haven't thought of cursors yet.

you can apply the cursors from a .theme file like

for icons preinstallation i think the reshack of shell32.dll it's the best option to do it automatically.
