how to import reg settings from install.ini?

for example I have:

command.5=%CDROM%\d3mon\Software\WinRAR\winrar330.exe /s

selected.5 = 0

hidden.5=0

in my install.ini file and I want to register my software..... what commnd should I use to add values to the registry? Thank you
