after i downloaded the above file,i run it;but system(XP SP2) pops up a security warning whose publisher is microsoft.why?

a friend uploaded the same file he downloaded to me,but this time the security warning didn't pop up.

i check the md5 checksum of two file,they are the same

why?and how to solve it?
