Add Remove Progs issues

1. In the middle of the list appears a black zone. I have to scroll a few second in order to jump from the begining of that zone to its end. See img

Any idea why that zone appears ?

2. Why does SP2 still appears in Add Rem applet since I used the /n switch to AVOID creating backups. As you can see in the image there is no Change or Remove buttons.

Unchecked "Show updates", but SP2 still appears.

That black screen comes all the time after opening add/rem, after unintalling some progs.
