very nice Free backup\sync program called SyncBack, installs as;

ECHO.

start /wait %systemdrive%\install\hotfiles\syncback\syncback.exe /silent

REGEDIT /S %systemdrive%\install\hotfiles\syncback.reg

after you have it setup export from reg and it will be setup at install

SyncBack Home
