UnattendedCD not working correctly, please review?

Hi there, first time poster at MSFN, hope you're all well.

Using the MSFN Unattended setup guide, I created my CD. All working fine, except the default Luna theming is still being applied despite my asking the opposite in the WINNT.SIF file. I'm assuming this is down to a dodgy registry hack, so... here they both are! Many thanks for any advice.
