Now I got this window everytime I run the unattended installation, any ideas why?

post your winnt.sif here and make sure you remove your cdkey though ;)

I believe I found:

I had this:

OemSkipWelcome ="yes"

And when I changed to:

OemSkipWelcome = 1

That screen stoped showing.
