Visual Effects - Best Performance

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew a registry tweak or something that would automatically set my visual effects to "Adjust for Best Performance" when I install with my unattended CD. Also I am looking for a way to make it automatically add the "Log Off" option to the classic start menu. Thanks.

I think I found the visual effects one that I was looking for but does anyone know how to add log off?

edit: forgot 1 thing, must be applied after user has log on, if not menu shadows will not be enabled by default.
