Outlook Express - print

I have just added an Epson Stylus printer C84 with Windows 98 for a friend. It is printing in all programmes except in Outlook Express. Outlook Express has the print icon greyed out and also the print under file is greyed out. What is going on? Any help much appreciated

As i know Outlook Express, you can only print the incoming messages.
