Hacked FTP - Cannot delete folder- HELP

HI. I am running win 2003 server and need ftp to run.

Someone hacked in and there is a folder without a name that I cannot delete or rename or drag. The message I get is "Cannot read from source or disk - Access Denied !!!"

Anyone can tell me how to remove that thing. Is there a utility or command line tool to remove that?
