sp2 and fast user switching

I can't seem to use this anymore with sp2 unless the user belongs to the admin group, creating new users does not work either. anybody else having this problem?

thats odd mate. I have two users who use this machine. Me (Admin rights) and my brother ( users group/rights). He can use fast user switching and gets no error.
