i cant seem to get rid of that "Help Protect your PC" page. the only way i got rid of it was to use UnattendSwitch=Yes

but i dont want to kill off oobe. i want the user to create his user account w/o having to get into administrator etc.

i tried AutomaticUpdates=Yes in winnt.sif, and SkipAutoUpdate=1 in Oobeinfo.ini. neither worked.

is there any way to get rid of this page? or is it merged into oobe?

I am also looking to skip this step as we do not use au. we use SMS to deploy updates.

I did find the following from microsoft that states you cannot bypass this page....

you would have to use the mini setup instead.

If I figure it out I will update this thread.
