Crash in GUI-mode Setup

After Text setup-mode computer reboots and when it starts GUI-mode Setup it crashes and I get blue screen, which is attached.

I had that once before - it turned out to be a faulty nic.

When did this happen?

It happened when setup finished copying everything onto HDD and after the first reboot just before GUI-mode setup begins

I found out what was causing the crash,

It was the pstools in the $OEM$\$$\System32 , but I am not sure I deleted all of them except pskill
