recycle bin

Good day. First... What an awesome site...! thanks guys..

Now I have a sticky problem. In the unattended setup I include the following registry entry to change the recycle bin icons, but it does not want to change the icon. I even tried it to simulate on a live system where I import the registry entry and still it does not want to change the icon. The menupath IS corrrect to the icon that I have included, and the icon is included in the files that got copied with the instalation. I checked after the installation and the icons is there.

What is wrong with my code...!!!!! Please I would really like to change the icon in the setup process. I can change the icon by right click on desktop, properties etc but dont want to do it......!!
