prathapml
You can continue using commands for changing passwords, and deleting users, but the best way to create administrative users on windows XP setup is this one over here - oobeinfo.ini

benjdr
Ive read a few topics on this forum about this and i've solved my problem. You cannot create an account with the same name as the computer. To get around this, set the computer name to something random, then once windows is installed, you can then set your computer name to your username, if you wish.
