Firstly this is my useraccount.cmd file

net user ben password /add
net localgroup Administrators ben /add
net accounts /maxpwage:unlimited
REGEDIT /S autologon.reg
EXIT

Now when RunOnceEx is run, I am told i cannot install hte .Net Framework as i do not have admin privileges.

Whats going wrong?

You can continue using commands for changing passwords, and deleting users, but the best way to create administrative users on windows XP setup is this one over here - oobeinfo.ini

Ive read a few topics on this forum about this and i've solved my problem.

You cannot create an account with the same name as the computer.

To get around this, set the computer name to something random, then once windows is installed, you can then set your computer name to your username, if you wish.
