The responsibility falls on the company that wrote the code. MS is not responsible for Norton products nor is Norton responsible for MS operating systems... Black-Wolf Posted August 18, 2004 Share Posted August 18, 2004 We can't really blame Microsoft for releasing a "crap" because there is no way for them to make sure that this Service Pack they release will be 100% compatible with everyone. There are way too many different kind of computers out there and none of them are the same.At least they still do their job patching the holes when they find out the bugs and problems.
