Nero scandisk error ?

I have the next issue with Nero Burning Rom.

I burn a compilation or a CD image on a blank CD (the brand of the CD is eProformance). The verification after burning says that the burn was OK.

Furthermore, I test the cd using Nero's tool: Nero Cd Speed.

Here comes the problem:

The file test it's Ok, but the surface test reports x% of the disk damaged.

What should i think the cd it's wrong burnt or Nero is misss reporting ?
