not to pry but how the hell did you get ahold of windows 2003 data center

I have a computer service business, and a PRIMERGY BX600 server, that's why I have a copy, and I'm trying to intall a it on a notebook which is running XP SP2 at the moment.

Have you checked the Hardware Compatability List for Server 2003? The driver you need may not exist for Win2k3... Which is usually the reason Datacenter ships only on approved OEM hardware...

Those are the official drivers from intel for win2k/xp, and the same ones to be used for svr2k3. Windows might give you a prompt about the drivers not having been "Authenticode" signed or something, but tell it to go ahead.

Also, do this on a test machine, so no problems are caused if something goes wrong.

Don't use DataCenter Edition on a normal PC or laptop. Use WS2k3 std. edition - its all that those specs can handle.
