svcpack.inf Cannot be Copied

I'm kinda new to the slipstreaming and everything. I started making the custom CD from the tutorial, and I thought everything was going great when making it. Anyways, I finally have enough RAM to test it on Virtual PC, and when it's copying all the files, it says svcpack.inf cannot be copied. What's going on? It's the only file that won't work. I remembered to delete svcpack.in_ so that shouldn't be the problem.

Have you checked it exists? Sometimes it could have been incorrectly renamed as svcpack.ini.
