Download Accelerator 7.2 Silent Install

here is what i have for my silent install of download accelerator 7.2

Problem is that the Download Accelerator Connection Wizard keeps popping up

and i can't figure it out. I am pulling my hair out in frustration already.

Can someone please try to help me out.
