can't regonize WINPY.MB_ in SP2 RTM

i've set the winnt.sif so that east asian language pack is installed unattended.

    InputLocale=0412:E0010412

well. it's been like that since WinXP original.. has been working fine in SP1. but w/ SP2 (starting RC2) .. setup does not install the language pack automatically, and i have to install it after setup is done.

2nd problem is after i check the 'Install files for east asian languages' .. setup copies files from the cd. and it gets stuck on file "WINPY.MB_"

the file is there (in i386/lang) but no matter how many times.. it won't regonize it, and i have to skip the file..

i believe that's the reason the language isn't installed during unattended installation...

if anyone have solution to this, please help me out, it'll save me a bunch
