Some parts of winnt.sif are being ignored!

@alanoll: that was it! this line caused the problem! one backslash was missing. without it the line looked like this:

c:\windowsgrass2.jpg

after changing it to this:

Wallpaper=%systemroot%\grass2.jpg

it worked
