NTFS.SYS corrupted after slipstream sp2

anybody incountered this?

after slipstreaming sp2 to my i386

on setup i get ntfs.sys corrupted

i tried extracting again and runing slipstream again

no use

maybe the package is corrupted i guess

my file version of ntfs.sys is:

5.1.2600.2180 (xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158)

size 562k

any idea would be welcome

your source somehow got corrupted. Try reslipstreaming again.
