setup restarting on reboot after coping files

after all my files get copied to my HDD and the system reboots to get ready to do the gui part of windows install i get a screen that says setup restarting and then i get a blue screen plz help me to fix this

sounds like you install is borked.

if you have a fresh Window XP (no sp1 or patches) around, try to slipstream sp1 and copy all of your custom files to that and try again.
