IE pop-up

how to disable the pop-up from IE, My IE was effected some unknown site from ICQ , it always pop-up my IE and bothering me ... i already try delete the html from C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp & C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files but it still restore from some where .... although i was offline it still will pop-up ... someone help me ! Thanks you

I would try to run some spyware removal software.

I recomend Ad Aware by Lavasoft

or just get a pop up blocker
