Can anyone help me with the syntax of this command?? I try to store the .log file in folder like the following:

QFECHECK /l "C:\"
but nothing happens...it still gets stored in C:\Windows\System32\xxx.log...

It makes a log in the folder from where it is run.

So try copying it away to "C:\temp" or some other path that you want, and running it with just a plain "/l" (without specifying path).
