I have search the unattended and application forum but havent found something useful.

If you add the section [iEBranding], you will need to check exact spelling and then add appropriate lines.

I had mine added by following the guide as posted on http://unattended.msfn.org and reading the pdf doc or was it from running setupmgr.exe from the XPDeploy cab, found on your XP CD, can't remember but it did it for me and works as well.

Aplogies for being vague, but I do know it can be done, just not the method I use to add them to winnt.sif

I could do it with XPdeploy, but I would prefeer to do it in another way, because I use my unattended to my self an other people.

So it has to be easy to put in and take out.

Can I put my favorite folder in one of the oem folders??

Yes, its quite simple:

Keep the favorites folder here on the CD: $OEM$\$Docs\Default User\Favorites

If you keep it there, all the favorites from there will be usable by all users.
