Problems in Microsoft Word

when i used Microsoft Word to open some doc files, i found that

the memu command, toolbar and dialog box options were totally

gone. I couldn't edit my files, either in printing. I reinstalled it,

and i have the same problems. does anyone know what kind

of problem is that, and how to fix it?

either you delete the normal.dot from your user account profile

or create new account and run ms word to generate new profile
