Before I start, I'm writing this so that hopefully if anyone else has the same problem they will be able to solve it using what is written below.

After finally getting LH completely installed and by using the Longhorn Tweak Guide by Chris123NT & Nighthawk, I realized that LH didn't come with drivers to support my Matrox Millenium G400.

At first, I tried using the XP drivers from my XP partition. It got about 1/4 the way done and complained about the drivers not being Microsoft-certified Longhorn drivers and driver applet crashed.

So, to get the drivers installed, you'll need to go here:

http://www.matrox.com/mga/support/drivers/latest/home.cfm

and get the latest drivers for your card from Matrox. After it's downloaded, extract the files using the self-extracting archive (the file you downloaded) and use Windows Explorer to browse to where it extracted the files.

To actually get the installer to work, you must right-click on it and goto Properties. Click the Compatibility tab, check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" box and select Windows XP. Click OK. Back in Explorer, just double-click on the installer, and when it's done, reboot.

After the reboot I was using the Matrox drivers and all the extra tabs in the Display Properties dialog (as installed by the drivers) were present and fully functional.
