Access denied using network boot disk

Hey guys (and gals),

I have a Win2K3 server running AD in post-2K mode. I created a new sysprep image that I want to store using powerquest. In order to do that, I need to login to a share on the server to run the PQ program and copy my image.

When I try to get DHCP and map my drive to my server, command completes as normal. As soon as I browse, I get ACCESS DENIED.

I took a look in the shares on the server, and there I was! Had a mapped connection and the server saw me, just would not let me browse.

All permission and security look normal.

Anyone ever saw this or have any ideas how to get around it?
